@oculist2020 There is no proof that he was a christian to add does it matter if he was a christian? The point is he made the constitution to be fare to all religions not just christian.

If the government did not step in and take over GM (like a so-called "gangsta"), there would be no more GM. No bank could lend to car buyers last year. Meanwhile the EU and Asian companies all bailed out their car manufacturers. These Michelle Bachman car dealer complainers are unhappy with the government running the show, yet they wouldn't have a business if it weren't for Obama.

@dirtbikernick Holy cow man, you can't believe taxes are going to decrease. The US is broke and has just passed legislation that is going to cost trillions.

@bodaciuos357 "who the heck cares when it started or how.. we need to do something..." The need to act is apparent, however I offer a simple reply to the remainder of yor remarks.- Preserve what? If you don't know, or understand where you have been, then you can not understand or know where you are. Let alone have a clue where you are going.

@carnypimp For clarification that the declaration of Independence is as valid today as when it was writen, visit my page and you will find a video featured there. Without the Declaration the Constitution is invalid. The Constitution "serves" the Declaration and is by no means nullified or invalid.

@carnypimp For proof that Jefferson believed he was a Christian I offer you this letter he wrote to Benjamin Rush. It will not let me post the address, however if you visit my page the letter wil be posted there, I'll try to post the adress as well.

@carnypimp Freedom of religion refers to a limitation the government had placed on it by the founders. Before the revolution the king decreed that evetone in the colonies had to belong to the church of England. The first amendment was not writen to "free" people FROM religion, it was penned to keep the government from telling you which one to belong to. It has become a popular myth that Jefferson was a diest. When in fact in letters he admits his Christianity.

U.S. Congressman, abolitionist, "Father of the 14th Amendment" John Bingham, confirms understanding &construction framers used re birthright & jurisdiction House of Reps 3/9 1866:I find no fault with the introductory clause which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that EVERY HUMAN BEING BORN within the jurisdiction of the United States OF PARENTS NOT OWING ALLEGIANCE TO ANY FOREIGN SOVEREIGNTY IS, in the language of your Constitution itself, A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN |
